24"x30" Oil painting created for the Essex Art Center fund raising event "New Paint!". Artists painted at locations the Merrimack Valley towns, primarily in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This was painted over an eight hour period looking eastward off of the "Duck bridge" downtown. The mills in the foreground are soon to be raised and the mills in the background were renovated to create Salvatore's Riverwalk, a commercial mill complex.

Sold at auction for $700, half of the proceeds were donated to the Essex Art Center.
